Audrey Hepburn

This gorgeous Belgian/British/American actress helped to create a new kind of starlet in Hollywood: the classy, elegant, girl-next-door.  Her shy sophistication made her a fan favorite in such movies as Breakfast at Tiffany's and My Fair Lady.  Another one of my Hollywood Baddies collection, this piece doesn't need flashy backgrounds or finishing touches.  Heck, it is not even a perfect representation.  But Hepburn's beauty is so iconic and natural, that it renders the imperfections and mistakes inconsequential.  This piece has been called my "best yet" by some.  I am rather proud of the choices I made overall with it.

Proceeds from this piece, and our other prints, will help fund an educational adventure for our family.  We will be moving for two years across the pond to introduce our children and grandchildren to the various peoples and cultures that make up our world.  This cultural immersion experience will allow our children and theirs to better understand the world and to help them make informed decisions about their religious preferences.  Further, we hope to help foster a sense of unity and peace as we discover how our differences do not diminish our shared traits.
